Critical Race Theory (CRT) and public policies based on this worldview will not alleviate racial inequality in the real world. In fact, this dogma undermines human and social factors—such as family, entry-level work, and merit-based education—the wellspring of upward mobility. Yet, the rigid persistence with which believers apply this theory has made CRT a constant, daily presence in the lives of hundreds of millions of people.

CRT underpins Identity Politics, an ongoing effort to reimagine the United States as a nation riven by the division between racial groups, each with specific claims on victimization. In education and the workforce, as well as entertainment and social media, CRT has become entrenched, driving decision-making based on skin color rather than individual merit and talent. As Critical Theory becomes more familiar to the public in everyday life, CRT’s intolerance, and the idea of systemic racism is being “normalized” in the American psyche. This weakens public and private bonds that create trust between citizens and allow for civic engagement.

Join us for a timely conversation on CRT and how to push back against this new wave of intolerance.

Thank you. United we stand, divided we fall. I believe much of critical theory success comes from clever coinage of slogans that easily captures support from people who don't know or understand its roots. Again thank you for your leadership and outreach!

CRT is very well in the school systems as much as liars and gaslighting tries to cover it up.

The HF's above statement is disingenuous. Of course family, work and a good education helps inform upward mobility. But why not try to enact laws, policies and reparative justice to uplift Native Black Americans as a collective to help render it self-determined? You're stuck on individuality, which has never been the issue, as during the course of American History we have always had individuals and families who have achieved great heights. And we're still at the bottom of every indice of well-being, which is an indictment of state and custom. Respectability politics has never propelled us to where WE need to be. Never. If you understood American History, and its force as it relates to US, well, maybe your tune would be in alignment with those who take it more seriously. This American political independent can't make it more plain. With due respect.

Not surprising that Heritage Foundation would object to CRT and perpetuate white supremacy. They are following and promoting the premise of the Doctrine of Discovery. https://youtu.be/N3oc84aLC-Q

The "new intolerance?" Nobody minded the old intolerance a whole lot. Systemic racism is a major part of American history. We need to understand American history as it really happened.

I bet no one here even read the Book Critical Race Theory. Civil Rights , and Voting rights laws have historically been enacted but yet Republicans voted against the Peoples Voting Act. White Supremacist groups have organized and Attacked our Institution of Government. CRT seeks to explain White Extremists acts . What's wrong with that?. Racist whites Are So Afraid of Retribution, and Self realized that White Privilege and Power will be Dismantled by CRT. And this is the fear of White Supremacist Fascist Nationalist Evangelicals.

You have a very warped view of this. You and the rest of this country has taken a law study and turned it into a part of your agenda to hide the truth in order to give us your version of society. No truth is involved in anything your saying and took the title of Critical Race Theory and turned it into a tolerance issue. Where have you been all of this time?

    KSA or DIE.
If you’re a government worker or a veteran that has applied for a government job your qualifications are based upon KSA = Knowledge, Skills, Ability.
DIE = Diversity, Inclusion, Equity (Equity is not the same as Equality) does nothing to prove an individual’s Knowledge, Skills and Ability to do the job.
If a company feels compelled to add a DIE hiring manager or change their company logo to rainbow colors to pander to the LGBTQ group or DIE group, it’s perceived as patronizing and thus that company may have had prior discriminatory hiring practices.
Bottom line…any public or private company that discriminates against a person’s race, religion, color, age, sexual orientation, political affiliation, economic status, veteran status or disability is in violation of State and Federal employment laws. KSA or DIE. Teach your children well.

Teachers unions are messing up right now! Millions and millions of parents with kids who are not in school yet but will be in the next couple to few years are watching this and realizing how important school choice is! My kids will never ever see a public school! My daughter is 3 years old and in head-start, we spent the first 2 years of her life researching and interviewing head starts! Parents need not be afraid to ask questions about what is taught to their children! Parents need to take back control of their children’s futures!

Near the end comments are made that it takes risk for white people to fight back. It also takes risk for us Christian folks who are not white to battle with our friends and family who think we're not holding white people accountable for oppression and evil.

  • @jamesirvin7799

The CR Theorist will take you through history to prove oppression but ignore the Ashanti tribe that sold slaves, black slave owners, black overseers, and the blacks in government all throughout society now. They teach that blacks can't be racist. The most racist statement or slurs are given to the black Christian conservative, black police, or any blacks that challenge or critique the current black leadership.

Now that Biden has endorsed CRT, through his press secretary it would seem all is lost. The wokesters are taking a victory lap and are dictating terms of surrender. I really REALLY hope I'm wrong. The side that claimed they are oppressed and are powerless now seem to have all the power! Time to wake up!.

I don't think that a group obsessed with power will engage in honesty debate.

It's not like CRT enthusiasts haven't heard the myriad ways that CRT is flawed.

A group obsessed with power only understands power.

That's what they want. They don't understand it, but they know they want it – and they won't stop until a larger power stops them.

Now that it's in the government, the people need to be the bigger physical offense than the US gov.

There's no other way. I wish I was wrong.
